ReplyDeleteIdeas for the resolution of sprawl in not only Soweto but many other South African (and international) satellite cities have been around for a long time. See example the Baralink Project for Soweto, endorsed by Nelson Mandela and yet never implemented. Design and planning are not enough to ensure that things happen. What is your next move mate?
